Should you wish to transfer your wills or other documents to safe storage at our office, we are happy to offer a meeting at no cost to you and arrange for such documents to be held in safe custody at our office.

We offer certain services and fees at a flat rate cost (e.g. simple wills) and other services on an hourly rate basis. You can contact our office to find out more.

Initial consultation to discuss:
  • Will drafting enquiries;
  • Estate administration enquiries (e.g. if you’d like us to manage a deceased estate); or
  • If you wish to contest a will (e.g. testator family maintenance claim)

Simple Will*

This package is inclusive of:
  • Preparation of simple will.
  • *A simple will is a basic will only and conditions apply.

(Preparation of enduring power of attorney is included in price for preparation of wills for a couple only.)

Individual (not including EPA):

$750 + GST

Couple (inclusive of EPAs):

$1,500 + GST

Testamentary Trust Will

This package is ideal to protect your beneficiaries inheritance and provides additional safeguards for your loved ones. This package is inclusive of:
  • 1.5 hour asset planning discussion meeting;
  • Preparation of Will;
  • Preparation of enduring power of attorney; and
  • 1 review of documents.
